Harvey's Room

Welcome to our dog room! When your dog(s) come to stay with us, they will be able to play, eat, and sleep with Harvey in our large spare room. If your dog needs to be separated while eating, or due to anxiety, they will have access to the kitchen area. If your dog needs to be crated when we are not home or they prefer to sleep in one at night, we provide an adjustable sized crate as well. Dogs that are well behaved/potty trained may roam Harvey's room with free range of the couch and toys. I enjoy helping apprehensive dogs adjust to new situations , but there is only so much that can be done in a short stay. If your dog is having a hard time settling in, rest assured I will do my best to provide them with the most comfortable stay possible. Harvey has access to the whole house and can give your dog the space they may need to feel at ease.

THE YARD

We have a fully fenced-in yard where the dogs can run and play safely. If your dog is a jumper or an escape artist, not to worry. They will be kept on a leash or long lead while outside. They will get plenty of exercise running and chasing in the yard but we also walk dogs if requested. Playtime indoors is always an option during rain, snow, or days that are too hot/cold. Dogs are kept on leash at all times while on walks or at the park and they will never be left outside unattended for any amount of time.

The yard is well lit at night so the dogs can still play and do their business!

The Pool!

In the summertime, bring your furry friends for swim lessons or to do some laps with Harvey! We have life jackets in all sizes so any dog is welcome to try. With steps attached to a ramp heading up and in the water, even the smallest dogs can access the pool.
